Sharing. Creativity. Humanity.

The Friendly Sigbin is a venue for culture, mental health, specialty finds, and all other preoccupations of Ramil Digal Gulle, a poet from the Philippines.

How to live a meaningful life with purpose?
There isn’t one path leading to the answer.
The Way is a gift we can only discover during the soul’s journey.

During our journey, there are only two “rules”, and Jesus of Galilee (he was a Palestinian and also a Judean) summed these up beautifully:

One does not have to be religious to appreciate the wisdom of these words.

“God”  could be any conception of a higher power or,  simply, the cosmos.  Our neighbor could be a human or an organism from another species with whom we share the planet.

Psyche Self-Care

We need to nourish our souls. Whether through religion, art, ritual, therapy, or a more mundane preoccupation that allows us to express and give form to the archetypes in our psyche (maybe even TikTok videos).

Health & Wellness

Along with a proper diet, exercise, and sleep, we need to commune with Nature. We are part of nature and yet, we act as though we are at odds with Nature herself. Eventually, humans will go extinct and Nature will remain. Let us enjoy our time with Mother Nature while we can.

Words & Music

Our capacity to create, perform, and enjoy music, prose, and poetry make us distinctly human. Let’s experience these more deeply and meaningfully.

Your Life is an Artwork

Our wounds, choices, beliefs, dreams, and ideas shape who we are at the End. Let us live not just Mindfully but Artfully as well.
